asp/javascript developer needed

we are looking for a developer with very good experience with ASP, javascript, MS Access, SQL Server. It would be an advantage to have experience with XML. This is a request for a quote for an initial 20 hours work and if we are happy there will be ongoing work from time to time. You must have a reliable broadband connection and be able to discuss the projects using yahoo messenger or similar. it would also be an advantage if you can talk using Skype.
