Autosuggest email to, cc, bcc textbox

I would like to have developed an auto suggest email dropdown box to our online email system, so our users just starts typing in some letters and the text form auto suggest recipients accordingly. It is similar to as how it work with Microsoft Hotmail, Gmail and Facebook auto suggestion. It should be implemented within a standard HTML form on a classic ASP page. It should not search a database, but search a string of emails and names we prepare from a database, devided with ; semicolon. ie: Kim []; john []; etc. It is important it can build the textbox with several suggestions and remove an (email) item again and it should also make it possible to just write an email that is not in the autosuggest. We should also be able to add emails from a popup of contacts. We will provide this popup of contacts. We support classic asp, javascript and css. I can provide a demo of the email editor system. If this project goes well I have an extra project with autosuggest - but by database search - single item.
