APAC Data quality Manager - Immediate Start

The challenge As part of Adobe’s Customer Zero program we are in the process of expanding the use of our own Digital Experience platforms. To ensure we have a solid base to build on we need a data-quality subject matter expert to drive the evolution of customer data, improving market coverage, contact coverage & marketability. The role will • Design, standardise & implement best practices processes across APAC for Data Quality to drive increased lead volume, improved funnel & bookings from programs. • Refine & improve measurement systems for Customer data quality to ensure continuous improvement at country & segment level across consumer, SMB & Enterprise customers. • Design & implement a roadmap of Data Quality initiatives in partnership with targeting team to ensure we can actively target, touch & get campaign responses from key accounts & key personas within those accounts. • Work as part of the APAC Targeting team to champion & project manage APAC Data Quality initiatives between country sales & marketing teams, global database teams & our regional Database and tele-marketing agencies, to ensure smooth deployment of processes & impact to metrics. • Manage & improve Data Quality processes & escalations with internal & external teams to ensure that issues are resolved within SLA & to the satisfaction of stakeholders. • Act as cross APAC functional mentor on Data Quality & process best practices. What you need to succeed • 7+ years of experience in Data Quality projects & CRM project management. Relationship Marketing, Demand Generation, CRM/Direct Marketing; • Good knowledge of Consumer, SMB, Enterprise & Government database management preferably with experience in both transactional & relational database management. • Strong project management skills to manage a wide range of programs and thrive in an agile environment, proactively setting the business direction & managing daily deliverables. • Proven track record of working within a geographically dispersed, multi-functional team and managing 3rd party vendors to deliver business critical processes. • Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a global virtual organisation. • Other success attributes include being analytical, mature, results-oriented, meticulous, customer focused, computer literate and numerate. • Excellent spoken, written, presentation skills in English. Chinese and/or Korean are highly valued. • Experience in CRM Databases, de-duplication tools and Campaign Management tools (preferably SFDC)
