I am looking for an experienced web designer to create an interactive homepage that would move with the cursor, and set up my website using cargo site builder to function as some of the precedents I will give for the navigation toolbar. ( No need to organize my work I will do so myself) I just need someone to do all the coding based on the precedents I will give you. I have a very specific idea in mind for the design of the website, so I am looking for someone to bring this concept to life.
