Ok i am in need ofa format that allows me to hopefully just speak instead of typing. So what i have to do is i input for my action i run weekly. My spreadsheet Starts with a column for the number of lots for that week. Then a column for the item example Ice Machine. Then a column for the description which is what takes me forever to do. Weekly i do anywhere from 200 to 600 lots all which need a description done. And every lot or item if different in the auction and then also weekly so there is never doubles always new items which means new descriptions. It's 95% what I need but I am lacking the excel expertise to create a few "cell conditions" that would make my life a little easier. If you look you will see there's a maroon highlight box with orange text on the menu around whichever page you're on, and it hovers to wherever you place the mouse.
