We're seeking an animator to create an aerial animation of traffic and pedestrian movement along a beachside promenade in tropical Australia. We are encouraging people, businesses and our local Council in Palm Cove Australia to close Williams Esplanade, Palm Cove to conventional traffic and create a promenade. Some people find it difficult to picture what it might look like. So we think that an aerial animation might help them to understand what we are proposing.
