I am encountering a peculiar problem with MySQL where instead of the special characters, a "?" is being inserted. The identified characters are the registered trademark symbol (®), copyright symbol (©), and the degree symbol (°). The strange thing is that I have two insert scripts for this table. Both files have these same special characters but only one of the files imports the characters correctly. Both files have been attached to this project.
