Hi, THIS IS NOT A NORMAL PROBLEM TO SOLVE THE BELOW ISSUE WE NEED A WORDPRESS MULTISITE EXPERT WHO KNOWS THE CORE OF IT. A few months ago we have enabled multisite and after some time we disabled it and also removed additional database tables created by multisite (we don't remember it now). Now we have again enabled multisite but now the issue is when we add a new site, WordPress is not creating any new database tabled needed for that new site (like wp_siteID) and hence the new site is not working. The site is live and already two freelancers tried to fix but they have created new issues, hence we will just give you site backup and you need to fix this at your local server and share the fix. We will implement it on our live site

I have a wordpress multisite. There are 1 main site and 2 subdomains. When I query get_current_blog_id() on my subdomain network sites, the value returned is always "1". On the subdomains, this should return 2 and 3. Also, network sites are complaining in console about access denied to resources "blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."
