I moved my office last week and changed ISP's as well and now I cannot connect with our NCP VPN software from any of my pc's. We use Kaspersky and I already tried disabling the firewall and we still cannot connect so that is not the problem. The new ISP mentioned we may need to open the port on the new modem and I tried to do that, but I am not sure I did it right. In addition to the VPN problem, we can receive email fine, but sometimes our outgoing email will not send. HI The ISP has changed us the router, we got everything conifgured and working except the RDP access trough port 3389. I have tried to do the normal steps configuring and opening ports on the router but doesnt works. We have the ISP router conected to a fortigate and the fortigate to the switch.
