Hi I have a python matplotlib script that allows user to scroll through a 3D image, in nifti file format. It has a slider that allows you to scroll through the z axis of the image. I would like for the image to have a text box that updates chosen coordinates that are selected by clicking on the image at a given slice. I would like for the chosen coordinates to only update if the user clicks on the canvas where the image is. I would also like for the text box to be outside the canvas and slider.
