hello I would like to make logo and product packaging design

At the moment, the current design we have for our product's packaging is very basic and unfit to be sold on store shelves. The colours do not complement each other particularly well, the elements of the packaging are not coordinated, and the design is not eyecatching pr currently suitable to be placed on store shelves (no location for bar code etc.) What we are looking for is someone to clean up the design, make the overall look a bit more cohesive and present a product that would be suitable for retail. Ideally, this would be done by coordinating the colours with the theme (black & gold, removing the white), reducing the clutter, improving the element design and adding aspects which would be on products found in stores.
