I am Manuel...

Our company is working on a mobile platform and WE NEED YOUR HELP !

We're looking for a talented human being, to help us on -

Propose a Logo / Icon for our IOS Application -

" Our product is a video sharing social network ( we can't say more ) , only IOS. The main purpose of the product is helping people to tell a story, that's the only important point !

We're looking for ideas referring to this topic : Stories
We don't care who you are, where are you from, how old are you, how much experience you have, just pure idea and talent "

Contest Requirements :


Icon: Pure, Simple, Funny, Colour ( no black&white icons - no one color icons ) - we love color, animation movie.... it can be anything...

Your ideas can include elements about : Video Sharing, Social Network, Stories, Game, Travel, Animation Movie Character, Emotion, Fun, Entertainment

Please look our files, to get the right mood of what we're looking for.


Optional : we will host a separate contest for the name, but we would love to hear your feeling about your creation, in a word, since is something you're spending time and imagination... it's not part of the game, it's just why the game is fun!

Feel free to write anything you feel, or nothing ... but show us an amazing Icon!

    Sir, common logos are 4 star and graphics logos are 3 star. can i ask you whats the reason??

      Hi, it's simple, because we like more that idea :-) ... there is no common or graphic, there is just what inspires us or not !

    Please, when we reject a project, this mean we reject the entire idea - so the subject is not what we're looking for ... there is no need of making 4 or 5 versions of a logo we rejected ... push on the idea of the 3 stars entries

    IMPORTANT RULE : We don't need to see the first thing you come up in Paint :-) We have time, we need inspiration, so feel free to take your time, just stick to the references ... I will personally rate and give a feedback on any project, unfortunately the ones too distant from our mind will be rejected...

      If you were to complete the naming contest first, I believe you'd see more "focused" solutions built around the name, and fewer generic slapdash answers (which you're going to get regardless, due to the nature of Freelancer contests). Since entrants don't have any sort of name "focus" for their solutions, you're unfortunately going to see a LOT of trial and error.

      BTW, naming is a very focused discipline and solutions should be built around a well-defined brand platform (a document stating your brand's values, persona, unique position vs. competitors, etc.). Here's a sample of what we've named: https://b12-group.com/portfolio-naming.html

    Hello Everyone, thanks to the advice of Richard L, we updated the contest ( unfortunately only in description ) to focus our mind more on the Icon / Logo idea.. that's the main purpose of this challenge.

    You should consider hosting a separate contest for just the naming. Naming and logo design are very different disciplines. And not everyone is good at both. But by combining the contest, limit designers to only working with the name that they come up with. If you hosted a separate naming contest, and then chose the best name from among all of the names, then you could have all of the designers for the logo contest design to that name I come up with the best logo for that name. Thus gets the most out of both needs rather than limiting your outcomes.
