We have an, existing, web application that is in dire need of some polish.
It is a web application, written in PHP - the web framework is Bootstrap (v3) and we are using the Inspinia bootstrap theme (http://wrapbootstrap.com/preview/WB0R5L90S).

We are not looking for a complete redesign - we do like the Inspinia theme. However it does look at little monotone, we are looking for the polish on top of the theme. The little extra bits of design that make an app look better and make the user experience nicer. We do not want to spend a lot of dev work, completely ripping out the theme

The application is essentially a bespoke CRM tool for Australian Loan Brokers.

Please concentrate on:
1. The pipeline page (the default page after logging in)
Which shows all of the deals and where they are up to
2. The deal card (the page that opens when you click on an item in the pipeline)
This shows all of the details of the deal.

Please fee free to add new deals, and items into the deals.

Expected outcomes:
1. A list of suggested UI improvements
2. Taking screenshots and updating them (using your preferred design tool).

The pipeline is a drag and drop board - which highlights the status of the deal. Each deal can have a number of reminders (i.e. actions that the user needs to take) The coloured line next to the deal indicates how old the reminder is (i.e Red is well overdue, Orange is overdue by 1-2 days, Green is today and Blue is in the future). Users can change the status of a deal by dragging it into the next column

One of the major issues with our current design, is that it looks very grey. We would like to brighten it up, and add a few more splashes of colour.
