コンテスト概要

We are creating a label for a breath spray. I have attached all the words and idea for the label. Label size is 4" wide x 1.75 inches tall.
I need it to be in photoshop. Feel free to add graphics move text around or any thing else that may make label professional.
NOTE: I need a square where I can change the sponsor. For this example I used a dentist logo. I will change the logo depending of the different sponsor.

    My file is only for use for text and label size. Do not copy it because I am not a graphic artist and did not have any idea about color, font or layout, that is for you to do. Also I need a simple logo for Pure Biolife the name of the company
