I am looking for how to build of Mobile app to support Selling MarketPlace, Messaging and inboxing ..users will register and be able to search for other nearby or within a city. My app will allow users to connect based on location and provide real time messaging . This is going to be a social app.

What solutions can you recommend..Frameworks to use..Data base thats best.. I find APIs are very slow . Looking for someone who knows what kind of software to use. Need a document explaining the frameworks and how it can be used
