I have a spreadsheet that I can't figure out how to make a formula for.

Video explainer attached as well as excel spreadsheet.

Basically, I need the formula to:

Look at 3 cells
If value in any of the cells is greater than 0
Multiply by "Rental Comps" based on: field value (1 bed, 2 bed, or 3 bed), and zip code
If value is greater than zero in multiple cells, multiply values THEN add them together
