Described in one sentence:
We are a water delivery service that also provides consumables like tissue boxes and detergents.

Reasons for the new logo?
We want the new logo to attract attention and create a brand name image. When people think of water they think of us.

What do we want the new logo to achieve?
Create a brand image that should last in customers mind. If they see the logo they know who we are and it should be easy for them to find us. The word MYKOM "مايكم" is the logo.

Do you have a specific idea in mind for your logo?
Not really, but we need the logo to be the word “Mykom” “مايكم” instead of having a logo and word like now. We also want the letter “m” “م” to be the short logo such as facebook “f” and google “G”. The logo should reflect our business concept and idea.

Do you want to use existing brand colours or a particular range of colours?
No color preference, but it can be around water and services.

What words should describe your logo?
Water delivery service.

What message or emotion do you want your logo to portray?
Fast, reliable, clean, pure, trustworthy, great price

Does your logo have a tag line?
We prefer not, but currently we are using “Water delivery Service”. If you have better idea please let us know.

Is your tag line to appear with your logo on all of your branding?
No

Where will you logo be used (ie. Internet / print) ?
Mainly internet, but it will be used in both.

What logos do you like and why?
Big brands like Noon, Amazon, Google, and Facebook because all of them are one word.

I want the Arabic word to be separated from English. So when people select English language in the App they will see the English Logo and when they switch to Arabic they will see the Arabic logo. Thus the words are not connected.

Try a different approach please. Try not to add artwork over the letter. Use the letter M itself. As I said in my previous messages, make it feel like it is part of the word and not additional items. Simplicity is what we are aiming for.

We want something that is so simple, but highly elegant and descriptive to the point when people see the logo they know we are a luxury brand.

There seems to be a misunderstanding. The work looks good but it is not what I want. As I mentioned above in my requirements. I don't want a separate logo with the letter "M" "م". I want the art work on the word "mykom" itself. For example you don't see facebook with two items logo + word. Only one word, then they use "f" as a logo. Thus, we want to deviate from our current concept. Please make the design on the word "mykom", so the letter "M" in mykom is where you can apply the special design or art work.

By the way, the word "mykom" means "your water" in Arabic.
