I need a background image for a mac installer dmg.

The image should be width 400, height 300,

Should have an arrow from left to right between the two icons (both icons are at y = 200, the left one starts at x = 100, the right one starts at x = 300).

Should contain the meetpro logo and the text
"To install MeetPro2, drag the MeetPro2 icon into the Applications folder. "
The screenshot here shows the window size and the icon position. The background image is just something I grabbed from our website here: http://tfmeetpro.com. You can use that for inspiration. This is a track & field (athletics) manager.
