コンテスト概要

I have 95% of the basics of the logo I want fine-tuned, and am looking for the last polishing and ideas from a professional, and haven't found it yet.

The tagline for the company is Relationships Referrals Results, and the concept behind the tree is communicating growth and stability.

THIS PART IS IMPERATIVE!!! I want Green and Grey, with a sharp/almost neon green, on a grey field so that the logo can be put on any color of paper/apparel. if you do a google search for green and grey logo you'll get an idea of the color scheme in the Images section.

I do not want this tree, I merely pulled it form the web as an example, and need something that is stitching friendly for apparel

Also, the layout of the Initials is pretty much set like the examples given in the singular logos, because not only does it delineate the L, B, and R, but also hides the number 3, for the 3 R's.

The usage of the words "Relationships Referrals Results" is of little to no importance, but the incorporation of the field of gun metal grey it of utmost importance.

  It's definitely the most creative, and I like the intertwining of the green at the bass of the tree. Could I see what the initials would look like in a light grey?
