I need to redesign/revamp a logo (including mobile app and favicon)

コンテスト概要

The project is based on an existing logo design (see attached files).

NOTE: This is part 1 of a larger project. At the moment, the requirement is simply to redesign/revamp the existing logo (see attached logo) while keeping the main identity. Therefore, the selected designer will be offered to elaborate on the identity of the brand and engaged in the creation of a whole range of stationery items, as part of a separate larger project.

This is only a logo revamp initiative based on an existing identity. It does not need much creative skills and it should not take much effort to complete.

Deliverables

1. Redesign/revamp of the existing logo
2. Create a simple mobile app icon design based on the logo
3. Create a simple favicon or tab/URL icon based on the logo
4. File formats to be produced should be .ai, eps, .pdf, .png, .psd, .svg, .tif, ,jpg, black and white , and transparent

Guidelines:

* Freestyling is given to the designers. However, the concept of the 8 colored people icons as well as their colors should be maintained.
* The ideas behind the logo is to convey community, harmony, giving, and support
* Name can be repositioned
* Name font and color can be changed

    All, please remember that, as per the specifications, we need to maintain the people icons intact, as is. Unless you have any other creative ideas, the only requirement is to place the FUNDO text above and AROUND the icons, next to the 'streaching icons' as if they are trying to reach the name. The only decision you need to make and advise is on (1) the font type, (2) the font size, and (3) the curvature/arc of the text. That's it! Please note that, this contest is only a TEASER to test the skills of a potential designer. We will then create a new (well funded) project to work on the following identity
    1. Business cards (two sides)
    2. A4 Letterhead
    3. A4 folder design
    4. Invitation slip
    5. A4 Envelop
    6. DL Envelop
    7. Front & Back
    8. Digital presentation template (MS Powerpoint)
    9. Email signature
    10. Proposal cover
