I need a drawing of a 30 year old woman character with long blonde hair smiling with her mouth closed.

You can use this picture for reference: https://image.shutterstock.com/image-photo/beautiful-young-woman-smiling-standing-600w-153151277.jpg

The drawing can be in cartoon style, anime style, your own style, or any style. But please do not make the face look exactly like the reference picture. I need you to draw an original character.

I need the drawing to use the same pose and clothing as the reference picture, but please make her smiling with the mouth closed.

I need a head to waist drawing. It does not have to be a full body drawing.

I need the drawing to be in color.

I need the color of the eyes to be blue.

I need the background to be transparent.
