  Hello. I just see the satellite image and it seems that the car's entrance should be through the 60.70m boundary right? Or should we keep it on the 25.10m boundary?

  Hi Guys, as requested i have inckuded a satelite image from google earth and defined the fence as it exist today. The fence is pretty new and is yet to be updated on the satelite image.

  first is there any real fence already built, around the boundary of the plot?
  
  and can you give us google map coordinates of that plot?
  
  This might help us to come up with more correct boundaries, as the correct layout of the land is crucial for our proposal be realistic and useful for you.

  The reason I would like to get as precise to real plod dimensions as possible is that there are a thousand ways to manipulate and change the plot.
  
  Result will be that everyone will design its own plot that will differ greatly from one to the other and the design won't reflect real situation and might not be even possible to realize.
  
  I know you have answered similar questions and we are let to modify to make it correct, but without some sure basis, it is virtually impossible to correct it. the difference is too big between drawing and dimensions.
  
  You can see already that in the submitted entries plot is very different with two designers.
  
  If there is at least some possibility to provide a better map of the plot (or guide which dimensions should we keep as provided and which we can change) would be a great help.

  The typical gen set would be 3897 x 1119 x 2250 mm (Length x Width x Height) dimension

  Is it related to electrical generator?

     Yes. There would be 500kva genset for electricity. As a result we would need a space for it to be positioned.

  Hello, I have a couple of questions:
  1. existing building needs to stay?
  2. what is or will be the function of the existing building?
  (meaning will it be part of the circulation of the masterplan or it should be totally separated from that of buildings? does it/should it has to have access from within the territory or it has only excess from the street? - are we to leave space behind the building or it is ok to adjust one of the buildings to its walls?)

     So i can pull the building dow if you think it would not be okay to use it for any of the planned structures. But if you think it should be modified and used then thats alos fine. What i want is optimal us of the space and layout.

     Please make some adjustment as may be required. This space layout has a very odd shape. These were the measurement i was able to obtain. but please feel free to make some updates.
