Design self-explanatory graphics for a process

コンテスト概要

We want self-explanatory graphics for the following process. Background: Employees shall clean a coffee machine. But many employees cannot read. So the graphics shall guide them what to do in single steps (one step after the other). We want you to produce 10 graphics, to visualize these 10 steps.

We connected the briefing for the single steps with the video timing (in seconds) below, so you can see what we want.

PLEASE NOTE: for the pitch we just want you to draw the first 3 pictures. NO’T more!
We just want to see your style. Thank you.

The winner of the pitch shall draw the missing 7 steps afterwards and will be paid for all steps.
In future we will have more projects like this and will continue the work with the winner. :-)

Graphic 1:
Minute 1:32 – 1:43 in the video:
Place a tablet in the water tank

Graphic 2:
Minute 1:52 – 1:57 in the video:
Connect the water tank

Graphic 3+4:
Minute 2:03 – 2:13 in the video:
Empty the coffee grounds container and put it back into the machine

Graphic 5+6:
Minute 2:14 – 2:18 in the video:
Put a cleaning tablet in the slot on top of the machine and close the drawer

Graphic 7:
Minute 2:20 – 2:21 in the video:
Tab the button in the Cleaning display in the machine

Graphic 8:
wait until the machine has completed the process

    Hi, I was wondering if you could extend the project by even just a few hours? Ive been working on something really good but havent had the time to finish it, you would not be desappointed

    cool project, just had a question, do you have any illustration styles in mind that your prefer? for example, black and white...or with color, do you prefer that " simple IKEA style" illustration or something more realistic/cartoony? if you have any examples of illustrations you like it would be really helpful to make it a more accurate fit:=

      Dear Lara, at the moment, we dont have a specific style in mind. It should be easy to understand, that is the important thing here. also we might need some details on some pictures, so it should not be too simple. :) I hope this helps?
