We are in the process of publishing an App. We need a formatted screenshot image for the Appstore as described below. We can pay up to 30 dollars for this effort. Once this project is completed, we will need similar work for four more images. We will give 70 dollars for the these.

I have enclosed a raw image for Screenshot. Take this Raw Image and add a background, and Text on top to produce an image that looks like the Formatted Image enclosed. Once you produce that image, we need that image in four different sizes as follows:

640 x 960 pixels (for 3.5 inch iPhones)
640 x 1130 pixels (for 4 inch iPhones)
750 x 1330 pixels (for 4.7 inch iPhones).
1242 x 2205 pixels (for 5.5 inch iPhones).
