Hi Designers,
We are a behavioral health startup that's aimed at fixing workplace mental health for large companies. Check out: www.uprise.co

We recently redesigned our the UX of our webapp but it needs improving.

OUTLINE:
Submit a redesign of the following:
1. Dashboard (file: Uprise_Webapp_Dashboard)
2. Module page (file: Uprise_Webapp_Module)
3. Profile page: (file: Uprise_Webapp_Profile)
4. Progress page: (file: Uprise_Webapp_Progress_Post)

GUIDELINES:
a) The pages need to be designed to be responsive. Please submit desktop and mobile versions
b) The pages need to be designed for desktop first not mobile first.
c) Any fonts used must be web fonts
d) Submissions must include a UI Kit which shows the standard margins, font sizes, padding etc.
e) Regarding the design, you don't have to keep the design elements in the same place. You can design an entirely new interface. Please don't recolour the existing design. Please work on a new configuration of elements along with new icons for the displayed elements.
f) File format: PSD only, no html or stylesheet; One file to include a UI kit of all the elements which are used in the designs. Eg. forms elements, buttons, Headings, colour pallete
g) The uprise platform is a web app in the browser. Not a mobile app (ios, android)

CUSTOMER / USER PROFILE
a) Our customers are enterprise companies or medium sized businesses (they purchase our service). Our users are employees (they use the web app).
b) The profile of a user is a male or a female in their early forties who works in a high pressure/high stress role in the finance, insurance or consulting industries. They are tertiary educated, mostly based in Australia or USA. They select the course because it will help them to develop resilience skills. They are aware that they are very stressed in their role, and they sign up to our program to learn skills to cope with stress.

WHAT IS UPRISE?
a) Uprise is digital program for employees to learn skills to effectively manage stress and improve work performance and resilience.
b) Uprise has a self-guided digital program (similar to www.headspace.com) as well as an option to do the program with a psychologist as a coach-guided program
c) Uprise is based on new research in psychology including the PhD research of one of the founders. The programs are evidence-based and strongly backed by research.
d) Uprise aims to improve mental and behavioural health outcomes for users.
