コンテスト概要

We require a new logo for “Rhodes”.
Logo must position the name Rhodes in client’s minds, as a trustworthy, professional company and leaders in their industry. We would prefer to not have any logo/graphics – just a creative way of representing the name “Rhodes” – but we are open to suggestions. We would like the logo to reflect our place in a rapidly evolving prefab building supply industry that shows our flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
Logo should be visually striking, be bold and be easily recognisable. Should be modern, fresh, clean looking.
Logo should retain a connection with the colour blue (see old logo) – but the blue colour can be changed. Logo should be able to be reproduced well in white/black and grey scale.
Rhodes provides turnkey buildings to mining, construction, aid/government and accommodation companies across Australia, South East Asia and the Pacific. We provide these industries with efficient pre-fabricated and conventional construction solutions for technical and challenging projects. Rhodes specialises in offshore project and interface management between manufacturing partners, contractors and clients. Rhodes Projects extensively utilises the diverse skills and experience of its in-house technical and management teams who specialise in modular building, remote construction and mining industry requirements.
Freelancer must be prepared to fine tune the winning entry to suit (within reason). Logo must be provided in the following formats:
Colour - .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .png, .ai, .tiff
B&W - .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .png, .ai, .tiff
Greyscale - .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .png, .ai, .tiff
Based on the winning entry and freelancer abilities, we will then require additional design work, including brand identity guidelines and a corporate identity package (amongst other jobs). We would prefer an ongoing relationship with a quality freelancer.
Note: Rhodes is trying to move away from the current logo design (apart from retaining a similar colour blue). That includes moving away from the yellow sun/crown in the old logo. thanks. (NO yellow sun/crown!)
