I need an "album cover" graphic for our new podcast.

We need a podcast album cover and the elements to use in promotions for our new podcast.
This is a SpeakerMatch podcast called "Big Time Talker with Burke Allen".

REQUIREMENTS: 1) The SpeakerMatch microphone should be a primary design element -- it ties into the title. 2) The colors should come from our style guide. 3) The font used for the word "Pro" in the "SpeakerMatch Pro" logo uses Slidehack Script. We use that in other marketing pieces. We would like that to be incorporated to the design. 4) The regular SpeakerMatch Logo (not Pro logo) should be in the design. Other than that, it just needs to be interesting, fresh, hip, cool.
