コンテスト概要

I have a Real Estate Property Management Company. I need a design made for my "For Lease" sign boards that are put up on the property. I want something that is fresh, flash, stands out, and looks very professional. I want a brand new design, but Im not sure what im looking for so be creative and different. I only uploaded my current sign to show you what I mean. Important please refer to the conditions below
*****Please ensure your design is displayed as a portrait. Refer to attachment 4 jpeg to see what i mean. This is how i want you to upload your design. So i can see how it will look in real life when installed .******

Conditions. The following must be included
- The logo
- My website “www.freshpropertymg.com.au”
- My number “0438 257 749”
- The words “for lease”
- Blue, black and white colours only.
- Font on board must be – “Century Gothic” (logo not to be changed)
- The blue colour RBW is R-11, G- 174, B-250
- The end product will need to be in multiple formats so I can edit it myself, (ie change the text, colours, move the logo ect. So powerpoint, jpeg and other formats so I can send it to my printer guy. If this is not difficult?
- Office address is not to be included
- Welcome to add other text, for example, “find us on facebook with an icon”, or a property management phrase like “First class management” or come up with something professional and catchy. Or add other pictures / icons / graphics ect
- The size of these boards are 6x4 foot. ( 182cm x 121cm or 72inches by 48 inches)
- Its needs to be professional
- No photos of the houses for rent to be included. It needs to be a generic board used for all houses i have for lease.
- Please ensure your design is displayed as a portrait. Refer to attachment 4 jpeg to see what i mean. This is how i want you to upload your design. So you may need to have the outside area blank .

4 - Exmaple of how to upload your design when ready. I need to be able to see how it looks as a portrait.
