  I will be selecting a winner in a few hours based on the entries I have received so far. My hope was to have a format using Excel as a basis and then be able to use Google Docs as well. Thanks so much for everyone who gave it their best effort to use Excel. That is my preferred plan and I am hoping to have someone who wins to continue working on the project on a paid basis. This contest was to establish a relationship with creative Freelancers who I would enjoy working with and who have the requisite skills to assist us going forward.

  For those interested in participating, please know that I am ok with using Google Form for data input but need the setup to allow multiple users to provide data to one central document.

     Please check the excel dashboard I included in my entry. We can certainly create a dashboard with Google Spreadsheet, but it requires extensive AppScript. For this mockup, we generated Google Forms to take entries only.

     All the work can be done in excel. We used google forms to have an user friendly plataform to insert the data. If you prefer, the data can be inserted directly on the excel or in a google spreadsheet, but this is harder, specially for clients, and the data is not protected and can't be tracked.

  Dear contest holder, what you have asked looks like a demo dashboard creation. And as far as I can guess, the major portion of this project is to implement the mechanism(collect data from various sources and display it in consolidated form). Please clarify what is this contest exactly for. I mean after having selected the winner on the basis of the demo dashboard, would you hire the winner for the implementation? Also, what would be the final delivery for this contest. Thanks!

     That is what I am seeking is someone who is able to provide the finished product but I want to gain a perspective of the ability for someone to develop the mock up.

  I appreciate all the kind clarification requests and the comments about increasing the amount. Here is my clarification. I am using this contest as a means to understand your talents and creativity to assist me with the ongoing project. If you wish to submit an entry to orient me to your talent and skills as well as your temperament to be a person I would enjoy working with then please do so. If you wish to just coach me then I am not interested in that kind of working arrangement. I know what I want as an end product but am not going to post this as a job. I will hire someone who impresses me on the contest. I am not looking for a finished product. Just need to identify who is willing and able to assist me.

  I will be able to develop a google sheet that keeps track of all the data that you need. I will replicate the template that you provided with any modifications that you see fit.
