Hi there,

We need to create a file that will overlay over our homepage and so when someone lands to the homepage a short animation will play/work whereby glitter stars, or love hearts or something glitter like (I have many examples of the style) float gently down, maybe 3 seconds long. See reference attached we want something like this.

I have attached a reference file. We want you to make your OWN animation of gold glitter/ gold love hearts etc. The finished item is NOT just converting this file of mine to SVG format.

Please remember the reference file I uploaded is an EXAMPLE. What I am asking for is that you can recreate a similar style animation where glitter style love hearts, or something glittery (I have more examples if you want to see) will fall down briefly over the screen. It must have a transparent background and be saved as SVG animation no bigger than 5MB. The animation will be use on a website home page, imagine when you arrive to the home page the animation stars will float down from the TOP of the homepage and then disappear.

  The budget is too low for me yet do change the description again - SVG animation file for you should not be over 50 K! The problem is randomness - for not repeated animation loops (hearts falling at several scripted time durations and several scripted angle rotation speed) a javascript must be used.
  
  Now this would be perfect with additional javascript animation library though the animation can be embedded in the same SVG file. Please advise about using external javascript library.

  Well, if you need adjustable standalone SVG with embedded javascript at 50-100 K max file size and with a modest investment (think 1-2 days, 150+ USD) you know you can get it developed.

  I need a transparent SVG or GIF.
  Smallest file size possible but I'd guess it'll be any where around 1MB - 5MB.
