Hi Freelancers!
I need to create a response bubble selection tool that makes it easy for people to select attributes. This tool will be embedded into our webapp, needs to be mobile friendly, but if possible should also be email embeddable.

Please look at the attachments to get an idea of the concept - the design can be different - as long as different = better.

The bubbles are based on 2 inputs: "Skill" and "Beta value" in our database. Each bubble represents a "Skill", and the higher the beta value of that "skill", the larger the bubbles should be.

When one bubble is selected, things can shift around slightly, and it should be replaced by more bubbles.

There are many Javascript libraries available for this kind of thing, so you can start there.
