The attached PDF document contains a list of electronic components.
Create a library called "scale" which contains all the listed components:
- A symbol: If there is a symbol in the datasheet, make it similar to that. For the processor "dsPIC33FJ256MC710", create a second symbol for the power supplies.
- A package: With a footprint, according to the datasheet.
- A device, with correctly connected pins and pads. Add a prefix according to the PDF document.
- Make the components as much as possible similar to those of the included EAGLE libraries. E.g.: Use the same layers, fonts, font sizes / widths, line widths, symbol sizes etc.
Create the library for the EAGLE version 7.7.0, which can be found here:
http://eagle.autodesk.com/eagle/software-versions/1

The first who creates the library, according to these specifications, wins.
