Artist's statement, name for exhibition and names for artworks

I plan to exhibit some of my artworks and I have a vision for exhibition. I need a person who can write:

1. an Artist's statement (0.5-1 page maximum - interesting easy for reading story about theme of exhibition),
2. change Artist's bio on the way it matches Artist's statement (I already have one and it is available here: https://www.artfinder.com/artist/natalyaburgos/about/#/),
3. create a name for the exhibition (now it is "Trapped or stuck in survival mode" or "Anti-freedom" and I think it is too literal so I would like to see different names out there)
4. create names for listed artworks on the way they explain the theme of exhibition and make it wider and dipper):

That is how I came up with idea of the exhibition: my mother-in-law has Alzheimer's disease and it is so advanced she can't care for herself at all, she can't recognize people, she is a prisoner of her disease and there is no escape from that. But me - her primary caregiver and her kids we all trapped too and we don't live our lives because everything is centered around her and we have to put our lives on hold to take care of her. So I started to think about people's lives and different situations when people can be trapped willingly or no, realizing it or blindly. For example love - so beautiful feeling, but person in love don't think clearly so he or she trapped with illusion and is a prisoner of the feeling and can't be free.
