コンテスト概要

We are in the process of updating our organizational chart and would like a fresh, more organic look. Specifically we would like an editable layered photoshop file to fill in names, change colors, and add notes as we go. The design should look like a five petal flower with an inner 3 petal pattern raised by some drop shadowing. There will be two further raised concentric circles at the center. Lastly, a small stem and distant stylized sun are needed. I've attached a couple files as reference. The "Initial rev capture" file shows what we have that needs updating; specifically it needs to be more organic, the titles should bend with circle's exterior border and it needs to be simplified yet attractive. The actual design should follow the much simplified file "structure org chart" file attached. We need to be able to edit the titles and verbiage. Lastly, the "neat art direction" file is along the lines of where we would like to go, it is available on iStock. We will also need to change the colors so the file should have the petals on different layers for editing. Thanks!

    Entries are good so far. Would anyone like to take a stab at curvier leaves? Despite the "framework" I think we would prefer the shape to reflect the "neat art direction" a bit better in terms of the more circular look. Thanks
