We have a travel related web site offering travel guides to various cities.

The home page however looks a bit outdated.

Please, help us to improve it. :) Let you creativity loose and send in your
design ideas.

We'd like to retain the two column layout of the page. On the left, there is a
"What's new" -column and on the right, there is a map and the list of the cities
(implemented with accordion).

For the rest, feel free to play with anything - the header, the colors, backgrounds, fonts and symbols, etc. - even with the logo design if you wish.

It would be great if you could send in at at least two design ideas, or even
more if you feel so. You may for example vary colors, etc.

See the attached screen capture of the current home page (which I translated to
English with the google translator, because the site is not originally in English.)

Let the best idea win :)

  Thank you. It looks very nice. I'm wondering, how would it look if the right column (under the map) would further be divided into two columns. It's just that the items under the map seem a bit wide, and dividing the column into two might help. Please, could you still do this adjustment?
