>> Page background color should be WHITE.
>> You could use any background color (light or dark) on Header
>> Style header menu and submenu with current and hover view
>> Design the header (not full website) for mobile view

>> Attached colors are for buttons, hyperlinks or important part of the page, please select 2 suitable colors from attached, your suggestions are welcome with colors.
>> Use any demo image where needed.

>> Sketch is about content/section what I need, and looking for a beautiful, clean and professional design for those section/content.

>> You need to provide layered PSD file after Award.
