  If you think it negatively, It's ok, It's your perspective. If entries are nothing, It's okay. I will handle it. If entry is only one, I will award to it. Don't push your perspective for me. I don't care how many blogger enter this contest. It's my strategy for finding best performing blogger. I will work with him(her) for a long time. Thank you for concern.

     It's both a good contest strategy and a good pr strategy...I'm envious I did not think of this strategy during my last startup but then again, freelancer did not get exist...

  My POV: This is a nice strategy to "sell" the service of BeeCanvas, having a lot of people/bloggers to create a post about this and choosing only one winner. With that, BeeCanvas would be able to have a lot of people do the PR for FREE :) Nice! :)

     So, you want multiple bloggers with over 1000 views per day to post this promotional content on their blog, and you want to pick and choose from among those entries? You'd probably have to increase the price amount by three times, to catch their interest.
     If what you were interested in was really blog performance, you could've just asked the writers to submit details of their blog (i.e., subscribers, traffic, etc.) along with the post. I'm with markontoy here. This contest smells fishy.

     And I don't know how many freelance writers have their own blog with over 1000 daily visitors, but I really doubt it's a big number. You get what you sow, CH.

     To contest holder: so that you could pick a winner and handover the price from here, without it, you can't award a winner because you have no entries to choose from :)

     sealing is not the issue .. the concept about this is what is all wrong here. You are better off posting this as a project & inviting bids from the public, especially those who are bloggers from among them. As someone above said "smart idea to get free PR" by sneaking this in as a contest.
